As the dynamic founder and chairman of North Cape Consultancy Ltd. (NCC), an international powerhouse in civil engineering, architecture, and environmental consultancy based in Blackburn, London, Muhammad Razak, has been at the helm since 2006. His unwavering dedication and strategic insight have driven NCC to the forefront of the industry, renowned for pioneering sustainable solutions and tackling complex engineering challenges with unmatched expertise. From 2002 to 2006, he also worked in a management position in one of the leading companies in the real estate field, and worked on developing and executing several signature projects all around the Middle East, India and the UK.
Beyond his impactful role at NCC, Muhammad Razak is the president of the Bubly Group of Companies and a Founding Partner of the Bubly Trading Company (BUBLY). His entrepreneurial spirit and indomitable will have been pivotal in promoting and supporting engineering consultancy across the Saudi Arabian market. Collaborating with Abdulla Al Sayed Construction Co. Ltd., Muhammad has played a crucial role in the development of numerous landmark construction projects, showcasing his commitment to excellence and innovation.
